Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, WAN, LAN, and SDWAN networking, virtualization, cloud services, and telephony.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale infrastructure programs and initiatives in a global enterprise environment.
Experience leading the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions.
Experience leading infrastructure in a hybrid outsourced model (Azure).
Experience leading infrastructure in a distributed global organization with employees located at several sites in different geographic regions.
Strong understanding of infrastructure security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of identifying, securing funding for and remediating technical debt through refresh and upgrade programs in pursuit of improved reliability and security risk mitigation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and deliver multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Ability to instill trust, gaining confidence and trust of others through honesty integrity and authenticity.
Proven ability to effectively interact with, anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both within IT and among the business.
