A wave of changes - referred to as CASE (Connectivity, Autonomous, Shared, Electric) – has been spreading through the automotive industry for a decade, while the new service format known as MaaS (Mobility as a Service) is influencing travelers’ behaviors and purchasing habits. As a result, Automobile is radically changing to Mobility with a new ecosystem of players.
